We started rnst in 2021 with a specific question: why is most financial education so disconnected from how people actually earn and spend money?

Our lectures focus on practical income optimization - the kind that fits around a 9-to-5, a side business, or a career transition. No jargon, no hype.

Where the lectures come from

Every lecture on this platform started as a conversation - with someone stuck between a stable paycheck and a financial goal that felt just out of reach. We noticed the same 6 or 7 patterns repeating across those conversations.

Rather than generic advice, we built structured audio and video sessions around those specific patterns. Each one runs between 18 and 35 minutes and covers one idea in depth.

The goal isn't to replace a financial advisor. It's to give you enough grounding that those conversations become more productive.
